Need a CoC -Certificate of Conformance?
Certificates of conformance must be requested prior to supply, and can be requested either by including notes in your order, or by using the contact form.
A certificate of conformance is a document that we issue along with a supply of product. The document includes the invoice number and date of supply, along with a sampling quantity that we use to ensure the products supplied conform to the specifications.
The certificate does not guarantee that all items in the supply comply. It is a spot check of a small sample to ensure that the supply is not for an entirely different product.
The nature of a CoC means that it can't be issued after the supply has been made, unless you return the product to us so that we can complete the check.
