Rod - Round - Titanium - High StrengthHigh Strength Titanium Round Rod. Titanium rod available in oversized and undersized tolerances

- Used in critical aircraft structural components. UNS R56400.
- Composition Percentage: Al 5.5-6.75, V 3.5-4.5, N 0.05, C 0.08, H 0.015, Fe 0.40, O 0.2, Ti Balance
- Grade 5, 6Al-4V, TC4 is a high strength titanium alloy. Tensile Strength 91.5kgf / mm2. Yield Strength 84.5kgf / mm2. Elongation 10 Percent.
- Rod with undersized tolerances is suitable for use with precision ground bearings with inner rings. HRC 36. Surface Finish Ra 0.8-1.6 um. Not suitable for running needle bearings directly.
- Rod with oversized tolerances is suitable for pulleys or gears requiring interference fits, or for machining to your required tolerances
