Category Information
Springs - ConicalConical Springs. 302 Stainless steel selection.
- Helical coil spring designed to resist compressive forces, meaning it shortens in length when pushed or squeezed.
- Helical compression spring with coils that gradually decrease in diameter from one end to the other, creating a cone shape. This allows the coils to telescope into each other under compression, resulting in a significantly lower solid height.
- Used in applications where space is limited, such as automotive suspension, and offer increased stability and vibration dampening due to their non-linear spring rate and large base.
- Ends are closed. Starting rate is the same as the kg/mm rate
